Wain Kellum

Wain Kellum is the current chair of TechBridge (NPower Atlanta). During his 6 years of serving TechBridge, Wain has been granularly involved in the organization. He also serves as an advisor to the ATDC, Georgia's technology business incubator. Wain has a solid track record of success as a CEO of technology startups and is currently the CEO of Omnilink Systems. Omnilink is the leader in providing location based technology to track people and valuable assets. Prior to Omnilink, Wain has led a diverse set of technology companies driving substantial growth in revenues and improvement in the bottom line.

Before starting his career of running venture backed technology companies, Wain was co-founder, chairman and CEO of Extreme Logic, a professional services firm focused on the development and delivery of Microsoft-enabled IT solutions. He led Extreme Logic from its founding in 1993 to a company that became one of the largest custom software development shops in the United States. In 2000, Microsoft named Extreme logic as its North American Partner of the year and in 2001, Microsoft took a preferred equity position in the company. Extreme Logic was sold to Hewlett-Packard in 2003, forming the foundation of HP's applications solution business in the Americas.

Wain also gained experience as a business strategist for Dun & Bradstreet, as an operations consultant for Ernst & Young, and in sales for Management Science America. Wain has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Georgia State University. He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.

He and his wife Alicia have three children, soon to be four, which seems to take up most of the time that used to be spent playing golf and snow skiing.
