Barbara Saidel

Barbara Saidel directs global Information Systems at Russell Reynolds Associates, the international executive recruiting firm. Her responsibilities include program management, systems development, systems operations, voice and data communications, and business analysis and process improvement throughout the firm's worldwide network of 39 offices.

Prior to joining the firm in 1994, she was Chief Financial Officer of Coudert Brothers, an international law firm based in New York. Previously, Ms. Saidel was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, another leading international law firm. From 1983-1990, she was Vice President, Operations and Information Services at First Boston Corporation in New York. Ms. Saidel also worked at Arthur Young and Company (now Ernst and Young) as a consultant, specializing in financial and operations management for middle market companies and professional service firms. Her earlier work experience was in retail operations management.

Ms. Saidel received her B.A. (magna cum laude with highest honors in Psychology) and M.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her M.B.A. (with distinction) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
