Simon Moloney

By joining NPower NY in November of 2003, Simon brings over 13 years of managerial experience in business development, program management, solution delivery, systems strategy and architecture, product development and requirements definition.

At Accenture, Simon was a Senior Manager with Accenture's Communications & High Tech Industry Practice. He has extensive experience related to the selection and implementation of provisioning, activation and workforce management products and has led a future mode of operations exercise for wholesale business that included a present method of operation review, future method of operations blueprint, requirements definition, deployment plan and business case to support the changes. As a lead functional architect, he led the design for the introduction of new products into the existing service delivery, service assurance and capacity management functions.

Previous to joining Accenture, Simon ran the product development organization at American Telecorp (now CEON), a leading Silicon Valley software company in the BSS/OSS space. Additionally he was responsible for building and managing the customer service organization servicing a customer base in Europe, Australia and North America. As VP of product development, he transitioned the product platform from a standalone MS-DOS product to a 3-tier client server Windows and Oracle Database platform. In 1994 and again in 1996, he submitted software patents based on innovations achieved during the product design cycle.

Simon brings management and lead consulting experience to NPower NY and is excited to work with NPower NY clients and staff.
