Accenture, one of the world’s leading business consulting, outsourcing and technology firms, is also one of the founding supporters of NPower and its affiliates nationally. We are especially grateful for the unstinting leadership on NPower’s Board of Directors of Co-Founder Chris Wearing, Managing Partner for Accenture in the New York/New Jersey Metro Region, who was unanimously elected in late 2006 as Board Chair.

But Accenture’s generosity goes much further, with more than $700,000 of in-kind and philanthropic support for NPower in 2006 alone. In particular, technology teams of Accenture employees played a vital role in helping us build our managed services and other advanced IT solutions for the nonprofit sector. The company also routinely advises the experts in our NPower Consulting Division — one founded largely on Accenture’s own standards-setting model.
