NPower New York’s Engaging Site Visit to Broadridge
NPower New York recently took our Fall 2024 trainees on an inspiring site visit to Broadridge. The day was packed with interactive activities that energized our students and sparked meaningful discussions.
The visit began with a Personality Assessment, allowing trainees to explore their strengths and career aspirations. Afterward, they toured Broadridge’s impressive offices, gaining insight into the company’s vibrant work environment.
One of the highlights of the day was practicing Elevator Pitches, where enthusiastic volunteers provided invaluable feedback and shared their personal career journeys. This hands-on experience not only honed the students’ communication skills but also ignited excitement about the diverse career paths ahead of them.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners at Broadridge for hosting such a memorable day of learning and networking. A special thank you to all the volunteers who made this experience possible!
