U.S. Marine Corps Veteran Randolph embodies what can happen when perseverance is coupled with a strong support system. Having parents who were always in his corner was just one of the pillars of support Randolph was able to build upon throughout his life. From helping him overcome learning challenges as a child to helping him navigate his transition to civilian life after separating from the military to supporting him through his recovery from a serious health complication that halted his higher education pursuit, Randolph’s family was there every step of the way.

Advice from an elder in the community and tough love from his father motivated him to keep going and pursue a degree once again. While in college, he discovered NPower. Encouraged by his father to join, he approached the program with the same tenacity he had always relied on. After completing the NPower Maryland Tech Fundamentals program, Randolph launched his tech career with Under Armour.

Taking full advantage of all NPower has to offer, Randolph went on to complete the Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing Advanced Training Programs and is now a Senior Cloud Consultant for Capgemini Government Solutions. As a life-long learner, Randolph continues to build the life of his dreams for himself and his son.
