    Principal Engineer Workforce eXperience Productivity Solutions (WXPS) Wells Fargo & Company

    Terry is the Executive Director and Principal Engineer of Communications & Productivity Solutions, a division of Workforce eXperience Productivity Solutions (WXPS) within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). He has been in the Principal Engineering role since August 2023; previously, he held various leadership roles. Terron has over 25 years of technology experience, with 15 of those in leadership roles both domestically and abroad. He joined the Wells Fargo organization through Wachovia in August 2002.
