Graduation

Tiletha L. Cannon currently works at Victory Capital as the Senior Scrum Master of six teams. In 2024, she became the founder of Cannon Velocity LLC, where her passion is teaching new scrum masters and coaching agile enthusiasts to be potent Change Agents as they guide others through Agile frameworks.

She started her journey by graduating from Northwest Vista Community College in San Antonio, Texas, with her Associate of Arts and Sciences, and then spending the next fifteen years in Information Technology as a Business Intelligence Analyst, an ETL (Extract Transform and Load) Developer, and an ETL Supervisor. In 2021, she transitioned to a new IT field as a Scrum Master, earning her Professional Scrum Master Certification and her first Scrum Master role. In 2023, she became a Senior Scrum Master and then, in July of the current year, received her SAFe Practitioner Consultant certification, making her qualified to teach advanced SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile certificates in accordance with Scrum.Org guidelines. She believes in teaching others to lead with their heart and that it is important to Scrum with Soul in technical space.
