Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Camille Rose, she spearheads omni-channel growth initiatives, drawing upon her extensive background in harnessing data for industries including retail, entertainment, e-commerce, automotive, and consumer goods.
Arisha’s career trajectory is marked by pivotal roles in the advertising technology sector, where she pioneered AI-driven audience strategies, particularly for multicultural audiences. Her contributions at prominent publishers like the Tom Joyner Morning Show laid the groundwork for transformative projects at Interactive One, Vibe Holdings, and Soul Train, among others. Subsequently, she transitioned to agency roles, driving digital strategies for renowned brands like Sony Pictures, NBC Universal, General Mills, and Wal-Mart.
