It is an opportunity to acknowledge and honor the veterans, active-duty service members, reservists, guardsmen and women, and military spouses who serve our country with such courage and strength. To the men and women who sacrifice their time, energy, and lives to protect all of us and our freedom: a thank you does not seem sufficient enough.
This coalition aims to rewire the hiring and retention practices of tech companies to be more inclusive.
The initiative, called Command Shift, brings together several companies to try and bridge tech’s diversity gap by opening up more opportunities for women of color in the industry.
