The initiative, called Command Shift, brings together several companies to try and bridge tech’s diversity gap by opening up more opportunities for women of color in the industry.
The coalition includes Fortune 500 companies including Citi, Amazon Web Services, Comcast NBCUniversal, and Guardian Life to help non-degreed women of color access tech careers.
This April, we celebrate National Volunteer Month and recognize the IT executives and professionals from across the country who engage with NPower students in high impact and meaningful events such as career coaching, mentoring, tech challenges, and more.
